  3. One of the parties to the marriage must have resided in the district for a period of 30days or more from the date of application.  
  4. After due consideration, objections will be called out and concluded after which the notice is published by the Registrar of marriage.
  5. The final step requires the concerned party and their witness to be presented on the date of registration of court marriage.
